What are your prices?

At Springfield Holiday park we have three sets of pricing.


These are for: 1. Luxury Caravan Rental  2. Seasonal Pitch rental   3. Touring Visitors

Please have a look at the area of interest, and give us a call at Springfield if you have any outstanding questions.


Linen in Springfield's rented luxury caravans.


The use of linen is compulsory in our caravans, and is now included in the rental price.


Are we able to purchase Gas?

Yes.  We have stocks of gas bottles available at reception.


How do I pay for electricity?

Electricity for Caravan Hire:

All electricity is included in the hire charge for our caravans.


Electricity for Seasonal Pitches:

Electricity is metered for every pitch and an invoice will be issued at the end of the season.


Electricity for Touring Pitches:

Electricity is Charged at £2.00 per night.


Do you have Wifi onsite?

Yes - there is a WiFi service across the park and has charges applied for this service. details can be found on Clubwifi's website here. - all vouchers and online payments are made when you arrive onsite if this service is required.


Holiday cancellation scheme

Making a reservation is a legally binding agreement.  Full hire charges will be payable in the event of a cancellation, unless covered by our holiday cancellation scheme.


We therefore advise that you take advantage of our holiday cancellation scheme at £15.00 per week or part week.  This must be paid for with the deposit at the time of booking.  If you need to cancel prior to your holiday because of serious injury, illness, death, jury service or redundancy to any member of your party named on your booking form, then you will not be liable for the balance.


Can we bring pets?

Pets are welcome but not in our hire vans.


When can I arrive?

In order to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, your caravan will not be available until 3pm on the day of arrival, and we request that it is vacated by 10am at the latest on the day of departure, and is left in a clean and tidy condition.


If you expect to arrive after 6.30pm please notify us, otherwise we reserve the right to re-let the caravan if not claimed by that time.


Do you allow smoking?

Due to overwhelming demand we operate a no smoking policy within all caravans.  If you wish to smoke please do so outside - thank you.


How do I pay?

Paying for Caravan Rental:

With the booking form, please send us a non-refundable deposit of £50 for each week (and Holiday Cancellation cover if required).  The balance of the hire charge must be paid on arrival and before occupying the caravan.


Paying for Touring Sites:

Deposit is 50% of total cost, except for 1 or 2 night stays for which full payment is required.


Paying for Seasonal Pitches:

A pitch reservation fee of £300 is payable by 30th October to retain the same pitch for the following year.

Pitch fees are paid in advance annually and should be paid by15th March.


Other payment information:

Payment may be made by cash, cheque, or debit card (e.g. switch).

Cheques should be made payable to 'Springfield Holiday Park'.

Payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) is also welcome at NO EXTRA CHARGE.


How do I book?

Bookings can be made by telephoning Springfield Holiday Park on 01647 24242.  They will be held for 4 days to allow the deposit and booking form to be received. You may also book by sending us the relevant form and payment from the booking forms page.


Bookings for Caravan Hire:

The completed booking form must include the names of all persons (including children) occupying the caravan.  Please note, only those persons named on the booking form may occupy the caravan.


Booking a Seasonal Pitch:

A pitch reservation fee of £300 is payable by 30th October if you want to retain the same Springfield pitch standing for the following year.  Pitch fees are paid in advance and the balance should be paid by 15th March.


Booking a Touring Site:

Please complete the booking form and return it to Springfield Holiday Park together with your deposit.  Deposit should be 50% of the total cost, except for 1 or 2 nights where full payment is required with the booking.
